Job Opening – Grounds & Maintenance Manager
Groby Parish Council is seeking to recruit a full-time Grounds and Maintenance Manager to join a small, close working team.
It is a full time position of 37 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Salary to be agreed dependant on experience, in the range NJC SCP 11 – 15 (£28,142 – £30,024) + Local Government Pension Scheme.
The applicant should be able to work with minimal supervision, display initiative and have a pro-active approach to carrying out the general grounds maintenance and gardening duties within the Parish of Groby. You will be responsible for ensuring that Parish Council owned land (Groby cemetery, play areas, open spaces) and properties are maintained to a high standard for the benefit of all users.
