As a result of the Public Interest Report issued on 25th April 2023, Groby Parish Council engaged the services of a specialist legal advisor to conduct an external, independent review of Council’s records in relation to Groby C.I.C. This review has now been carried out and a copy of the solicitors’ report can be viewed here. Please note that matters are still being reviewed by Council and no conclusions have yet been reached.
